Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Property Management Associates and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
