Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Kansas City with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
