Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Dallas with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
