Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
