Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Amberfield Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tampa area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
