Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Partners and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
