Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Raleigh presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
