Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Birch Facilities looks after properties across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
