Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Oak Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
