Foxglove Bridge Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems.
