Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Providence, RI)

Bright Nest Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
