Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Providence. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
