Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vale Property Management Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Providence. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
