Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Providence, RI)

Bright Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Providence, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Providence. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
