Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Providence, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
