Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Portland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 639 people based in Portland. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
