Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
