Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Portland, OR)

Northwind Harbor Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 963 people based in Portland. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
