Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
