Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Portland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
