Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Pittsburgh, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
