Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Works manages apartment communities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
