Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
