Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Phoenix, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
