Harborlight Corner Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
