Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
