Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
