Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
