Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

Summit Analytics works with county and city offices around Orlando. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
