Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Vista Property Management Group is a Orlando property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
