Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Orlando with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
