Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
