Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

Nova Nest Property Management manages apartment communities around Orlando. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
