Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Stone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Orlando. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
