Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
