Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
