Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
