Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
