Cedar Sable Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
