Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 789 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
