Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
