Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Oakland. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
