Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Basin Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oakland area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
