Northwind Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across New Orleans. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
