Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 338 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
