Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Vale Property Management Group is a New Orleans property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
