Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Vale Property Management Group manages apartment communities around New Orleans. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 576 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
