Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bridge Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
