Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around New Orleans. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
