Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Quill Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
